  No doubt they have amazing skincare products, I currently use their seawed collection so far it's worth its price. But, not impressed with their customer service and the way they treat their customers. My first encounter of bad customer service was when a member of staff was forcefully applying products on my hands suddenly and i didn't have time to actually react to ask her what the ingredients was, so that's that... until i realised my skin was reacting to it, I started getting irritated itchy skin. The second visit, the members of stuff were pretty impolite by not actually answering my question as I was looking for a non-greasy handcream that is less likely to increase the oilyness of my face, which took them ages to answer. The answer was 'no' they don't do non-greasy handcreams but impolitely went around the world to answer "well its meant to be greasy to start off with, it's designed for dry skin", if you don't like it that's up to you". Worst customer service till date, felt like I was treated like a child.
